The mission of Osbornia Farm is simple: to bring families, friends, coworkers, and communities together in a warm, welcoming, and memorable space. We're a family-owned venue set on 25 acres in Southern Lancaster County, on the border of Chester County, Maryland, and Delaware.
Our property is steeped in history — once part of Robert Fulton's birthplace — with an 1800s farmhouse, a bank barn, a granary, and additional farm buildings surrounded by trees, rolling fields, and a flowing creek. It's secluded and private, yet easy to reach from Lancaster, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Baltimore.
Every space was designed with you and your guests in mind, so your event feels stress-free from the first hello to the last goodbye. When you book with us, you're cared for by the same family who calls this farm home.
